The newly renovated Blu Luxury penthouses on world-renowned Grace Bay Beach feature endless amenities.
This 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom condo layout is situated right in the heart of Grace Bay. There are many restaurants close by, water sports at your doorstep, and multiple easily accessible excursions. The accommodations are for 8 adults (4 king beds) and 2 children (Murphy bed) for a total of 10 people.
This complex is an upscale 18-unit development which is situated in between Grace Bay Club Resort and Royal West Indies Resort. The private beach area includes lounge chairs for Grandview guest use only. Grandview guests also have access to pool lounge chairs and patio table sets around the pool and hot-tub area. Bicycles (including 4 beach bikes), sea-kayaks, and paddle boards are for the use of our guests only.
The Blu & The Blu2 condo features over 2,500 square feet of living space, open-plan and fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with vaulted ceilings. It boasts 2 ocean-facing bedrooms. There is a primary suite on the main floor with king bed, ensuite bathroom, make-up area, and ocean views. The second bedroom on the main floor features a king bed, double Murphy bed, and spacious closets. The final third bedroom is located on the second floor with 2 king beds, closets, bar fridge, and ocean views. Flat-screen Samsung televisions and cable are present in the living room and in all bedrooms. The condo also hosts a beautiful covered patio with barbecue, lounge chairs, couch, and dining table. Additional amenities include free wi-fi and in-condo washer and dryer.
